Cozy Bedrooms
Choose your view with themed bedrooms. You can either birdwatch with a view of the farm in our farm bedroom or wake up to a view of the lake in our lake bedroom. Both bedrooms are inviting and cozy with comfortable memory foam mattresses and plenty of closet space.
Need additional sleeping space? The couch is also a sofa bed that can sleep an additional two people. In total, the Lake Barndominium can comfortably sleep six people.
Endless Opportunities For fun
There is no shortage of things to do at the Lake Barndominium. You could play yard games in the backyard against the barn backdrop, or enjoy time on the lake with the water toys.
Backyard games we offer include bocce ball, croquet, yard checkers, ladder ball, horseshoes, and Jarts. The available water toys include two kayaks, two paddle boards, and a paddleboat.
About The Hosts
We’re Shelby and David Kranker and we’ve been managing rentals since 2019. We fell in love with vacation hosting after listing our first rental in Grand Rapids, MI. We enjoy being able to interact with guests, learn their stories, and provide our own local knowledge.
We’re passionate about providing fun and welcoming spaces to create an unforgettable vacation experience. We live right across the driveway from the Lake Barndominium, so you’ll never have an issue reaching us with anything you might need during your stay, and we’ll be able to respond quickly.
A Charming Small Town You Won't Want To Leave
We fell in love with Delton and we’re sure you will too. This quaint town of just over 500 people is friendly and situated between three major metro areas: Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, and Battle Creek. There’s no shortage of things to do in and around Delton. Delton has the most inland lakes of any other city in Michigan. You could stay for a week and visit a different lake each day.
The lakes aren’t the only source of entertainment. You could conquer your fear of heights at the world’s largest indoor ropes course (Allegan Event), hike over 30 miles of trails at Yankee Springs Recreation Area, shred some slopes at Bittersweet Ski Resort, and more. There is something for everyone here.
